§ 13.12.150. Establishing deposits—Credit.

At the time application for service is made, the applicant shall establish his credit with the clerk. The credit of the applicant will be deemed established if the applicant makes a cash deposit to secure the payment of bills for sewer service. The deposit shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00) and applicable to the utility service rendered and no service shall be furnished until a deposit is made to the clerk. The twenty-five dollar ($25.00) residential deposit for apartment buildings and trailer parks will be per unit.
