§ 13.12.140. Applications for service.

Each applicant for sanitary sewer service shall sign an application form provided by the city clerk giving the date of application, the location of the premises to be served, the date the applicant desires service to begin, the purpose for which such service is to be used, the address for mailing of the billings, and such other information as is required by this chapter or the department may reasonably require. In signing the application, the customer agrees to comply with this chapter. The application is a request for service and does not bind the city to furnish service. If the application is properly completed and the connection fee plus estimated costs of any construction to be done by the city have been paid, the clerk shall issue a permit for the work to the applicant and the department.
