§ 9.04.290. Violation—Penalty.

In accordance with Section 1.16.010 of this code, the penalty for any violation of Title 9, unless the maximum fine is specifically provided for, or otherwise, shall be a fine not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000.00).
