§ 9.04.280. Furnishing tobacco to a minor.

A.
It is unlawful for any person nineteen (19) years of age or older to furnish a minor not in their lawful custody or care and within the confines of their own home with any cigarette, pipe, cigar or any other tobacco product.
B.
Furnishing tobacco to a minor is a violation of city law. Upon conviction, the court shall impose a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00).
