§ 13.12.170. Deposit—Forfeiture.

If any account becomes delinquent for sewer service, construction costs or a connection fee and it is necessary to terminate the water service the deposit shall be applied to the unpaid balance due. Water service will not be restored to those premises or that customer at different premises until all outstanding bills due the department from the customer have been paid and the cash deposit is replaced.
