§ 9.04.060. Impersonating an officer.

  • Whoever shall falsely represent himself to be an officer of the city of Hoonah, or shall, without authority, exercise or attempt to exercise any powers, duties or functions of any such officer, or whoever, not being a peace officer of the city shall wear or have in his possession any marshal's or deputy marshal's badge, with intent thereby to pass himself as a peace officer of the city, unless obtained from the city marshal, shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by fine not exceeding one hundred dollars ($100.00).
