§ 9.04.050. Failure to assist peace officers—Aiding persons in custody.

  • It is unlawful for any person to refuse to assist any police officer in the discharge of his duties or who shall by any means aid or assist any prisoner or any person in custody upon the charge of the violation of any ordinance of the city in his endeavor to escape from prison or custody, whether such escape is effected or not.
