§ 8.20.140. Penalties.

Every act or omission prohibited by this chapter is unlawful and any person who commits a violation is liable for a civil penalty not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00) and a criminal fine not to exceed three hundred dollars ($300.00) for each violation. Each act or omission is a violation and every day upon which a violation occurs constitutes a new and separate violation.
