§ 8.08.230. Violation—Penalties.

In addition to the remedies provided by this chapter against any such building or other structure, any person, firm, association or corporation who wilfully violates any provision of this chapter, or who wilfully fails or refuses to comply with final order, determination, decision or judgment of the board of adjustment made in accordance with the provisions of this chapter; or any final intermediate order made in accordance with the provisions of this chapter by the mayor, fire chief or chief of police, or other authorized officer or employee of the city, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction be subject to a fine not exceeding three hundred dollars ($300.00).
