§ 6.12.080. Destruction.

A.

The city council may order any dog that is classified as dangerous to be humanely destroyed after being quarantined for such period as provided by law.

B.

Any potentially dangerous or dangerous dog involved in a violation of this chapter may be ordered destroyed by the court.
