§ 6.08.220. Poisoning dogs.

It is unlawful for any person to poison or to wilfully place or leave poisoned food anywhere within the city where it may be eaten by dogs or to leave poison or unpoisoned food outside the city with the intention and in such proximity as to poison a dog within the city of Hoonah.
