§ 5.04.200. Protective custody.

Any person taken into protective custody under AS 47.37.170 (Uniform Alcoholism and Intoxication Treatment Act) shall bear the financial burden of any medical treatment rendered as a result of intoxication from any requirements in AS 47.37.170.
