§ 5.04.160. Windows not to be obstructed.

  • In all alcoholic beverage dispensaries and other places where intoxicating liquor of any nature is sold to be consumed upon the premises, the windows facing any of the streets or alleys of the city shall be kept free and unobstructed, and it is unlawful to place therein or thereon any curtains, screens, pictures, soap, paint, advertising matter, or other obstructions which impair the vision from the street or alley into such dispensary.
