§ 5.04.080. Prohibited conduct on licensed premises.

  • A.

    A licensee, agent, or employee may not knowingly permit a person to loiter within or about premises licensed under this title for the purpose of begging or soliciting a patron or visitor to purchase alcoholic beverages for the person who is begging or soliciting; or

    B.

    Sell, give or barter alcoholic beverages to a drunken person or allow a drunken person to remain on the premises.

    C.

    A drunken person may not knowingly enter or remain on premises licensed under this title.

    D.

    For purposes of this section, "drunken person" means a person whose physical or mental conduct is substantially impaired as a result of the introduction of an alcoholic beverage into the person's body and who exhibits those plain and easily observed or discovered outward manifestations of behavior commonly known to be produced by the over consumption of alcoholic beverages.
