§ 5.04.030. Application.

Any person seeking the recommendation of the council, prior to issuance of a license by the state, shall present to the council, a copy of his application to the state for a license fully completed and executed, together with a current statement prepared by the city clerk that any and all taxes, fees and assessments due to the city by the applicant have been paid in full. The city council may impose additional terms and conditions not inconsistent with state statutes and require compliance therewith as a condition precedent to granting council approval and making affirmative recommendation to the state Alcoholic Beverages Control Board.
