§ 3.16.020. Duties.

The treasurer shall under direction of the mayor:
A.

Keep custody of all municipal funds;

B.

Prepare reports and budgets as directed;

C.

Perform all other duties as prescribed by the mayor, council, or as a state law may lawfully require.
