§ 3.12.050. Codification.

Each ordinance shall be codified after it is adopted. The municipal code shall be revised and printed at least every five years, unless the code is kept current by regular yearly supplements. Ordinances and parts of ordinances included in the code may be revised, rearranged and reorganized, and the code may contain new matter, provisos of the state Constitution and law applicable to the city. The council by nonemergency ordinance shall adopt the new code.
