§ 2.24.110. Rejected ballots.

No election official shall deposit in any ballot box any ballot which contains on the outside thereof any distinguishing mark, impression, devise or other. Where any ballot is so rejected, it must be endorsed on the back thereof "Rejected" and signed by an election official.
