§ 2.24.090. Keeping of original register.

  • The judges shall keep an original register in which each voter before receiving his ballot shall sign his/her name and give both his/her residence and mailing address. A record shall be kept in the registration book in space provided of the name of the persons who offer to vote but are refused, and a brief statement of the basis of the refusal. The signing of the register constitutes a certification by the voter that he/she is qualified, to vote.
