§ 2.04.020. Incorporation of state and federal law.

Latest version.

All provisions of the Constitution of the United States, the Constitution of the state of Alaska, and any laws enacted pursuant to the constitutions affecting municipal elections are incorporated in this chapter as if fully set forth herein.
