§ 17.52.030. Commencement of appeal—Stay.

  • A.

    A decision of the platting board is final unless an appeal of the decision is commenced within fifteen (15) days after the platting board's final action, including reconsideration, on the application at issue.

    B.

    An appeal is commenced by filing with the municipal clerk a written notice of appeal, specifically stating the reason for the appeal and the relief sought.

    C.

    Upon commencement of an appeal the decision appealed from is stayed until the decision on appeal becomes final.
