§ 16.08.010. Power to dispose of real property.

The city may sell, convey, exchange, transfer, donate, dedicate, direct or assign to use, or otherwise dispose of city owned real property or an interest in real property by any lawful means of conveyance. Except, the disposition of tidelands preference rights and leases shall be as separately treated in Chapter 16.16 of this title.
