§ 15.20.300. Violation—Penalty.

Penalties for violations of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine of not more than three hundred dollars ($300.00), or by imprisonment for not more than thirty (30) days, or both. Each and every day that such person fails to comply with provisions of this chapter beyond the date fixed for compliance shall constitute a separate offense.
