§ 15.04.010. Adopted.

Pursuant to the authority of SA 29-45.010 for the purpose of regulating the erection, construction, enlargement, alteration, repair, moving, removal, demolition, conversion, occupancy, equipment, use, height, area and maintenance of all buildings and structures or portions thereof in the city, there is adopted by reference, as the building code of the city, that certain compilation of rules and regulations prepared and published by the International Conference of Building Officials, a nationally recognized technical trade organization, which compilation is entitled Uniform Building Code, 1967 Edition, Volumes I (Uniform Building Code) and III (Uniform Housing Code), and two copies of each of which have been filed in the office of the clerk of the city for public use, inspection and examination for a period of more than fifteen (15) days prior to the adoption of this chapter, and which compilation is made a part of this section as if fully set forth herein.
