§ 13.16.470. Restoration of service.

A.

Restoration of service after discontinuance for nonpayment of bills shall be made after payment of current and past due charges and the restoration charge and posting a deposit as herein before provided.

B.

Restoration of service after discontinuance of service for unsafe facilities, water waste, fraud, abuse for noncompliance with this chapter will only be made after the irregularity has been corrected and the department has been assured that the irregularity will not reoccur.
