§ 13.16.370. Discontinuance of service—On customer request.

A.

Each customer about to vacate any premises supplied with water service by the department shall give the department written notice of his intentions at least two days prior thereto, specifying the date service is to be discontinued; otherwise, he will be responsible for all water supplied to such premises until the department shall receive notice of such removal.

B.

At the time specified by the customer that he expects to vacate the premises where service is supplied or that he desires to be discontinued, a bill shall be rendered which is payable immediately. In no case will the bill be less than the monthly minimum specified in the schedule applying to the class or classes of service furnished.
