§ 13.16.110. Application for service—Form.

Each applicant for water service shall sign an application form provided by the city manager or his designee giving the date of application, location of premises to be served, when the applicant desires services to begin, purpose for which service is to be used, the address for mailing of the billings, the size of line required and such other information as the department may reasonably require. In signing the application, the customer agrees to abide by the this chapter. The application is a request for service and does not bind the city to furnish service.
