§ 13.12.210. Required use of city system.

It is unlawful for any person to dispose of sewage, liquid wastes or human excreta from any building located within the city by any method other than through the utilization of the city sewage disposal system, if the building is located within two hundred (200) feet of any community sewage line; provided, that the building is at a higher elevation than the sewage line. Any application for an individual sewage system may be submitted to the department.
