§ 13.08.130. Refuse disposal fees.

The rates charged for garbage and refuse disposal at the city garbage dump shall be in accordance with Schedule B, adopted by reference as set out in the ordinance codified in this chapter and on file in the office of the city clerk. The rates for refuse collection are subject to change by the city council which shall have the authority to establish and regulate the rates for all domestic, commercial and industrial consumers provided adequate public notice of schedule changes is posted for a period of not less than ten (10) calendar days.
