§ 13.04.080. Connection fees.

A.

The city council has the power to set [the] Utility Disconnection, Utility Reconnect and Restoration of Service fee schedule. City staff shall use the most current fee schedule at all time.

B.

The reconnect fee for water conneclion at the curb stop is thirty dollars ($30.00) and the reconnect fee for sewer connection is the city's actual cost of labor and materials plus a fifteen (15) percent administration fee.

C.

Restoration of service after a discontinuance for nonpayment of bills shall be made after payment of current and past due charges and payment of reconnect fees.
