§ 12.04.040. Jurisdiction.

The governing of the Hoonah boat harbor facilities, and all improvements and additions thereto, whether or not contiguous to the present facilities, shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the city council. Territorial jurisdiction encompasses all tide and submerged lands within the municipal boundaries, specifically as described in A.T.S. No. 29 state of Alaska patent no. 189.
